Tasting Notes:
The nose has big fresh green notes with underlying citrus tones, while in the mouth, juniper and coriander are upfront, followed by a citrus body and concluding with fresh green notes of samphire and a slight salt tickle on the taste buds.
Serving Suggestion:
We suggest serving No.8 as a contemporary twist on a classic G&T; pair with Luscombe’s succulent pink grapefruit tonic water to enhance the delicate citrus tones and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit or sprig of samphire (and pinch of salt if you dare) to make a wonderful summer cocktail.
