Gin In A Tin makes a delicious range of gins, presented as their name suggests in stylish and colourful tins, reminiscent of classic books. The perfect gift for any gin lover or enthusiast, or indeed anyone who has even a vague interest in gin and would like to learn more.

Inspired by that time of the year in September when the hops are harvested in the northern hemisphere, Gin In A Tin have created a gin using the traditional British hop “Fuggles”, known for its spicy blackcurrant notes, along with Maris Otter malt, which is used extensively in British beers. This is the perfect gin to take you through the start of the autumn, when we are still trying to eke out as much as we can of the last of the warm days before the nights start drawing in.

50cl bottle of gin

Tasting Notes:
This blend has a big nose of hops, with blackcurrant spicy notes at the front and slight Maris Otter malt in the background, while in the mouth, subtle juicy blackcurrant notes are at the forefront, followed by well-rounded spice and warmth, backed by sweeter notes from the malt and concluding with further fruity notes from the hops.

Serving Suggestion:
We suggest serving No.11 as a classic G&T with Seagram’s tonic water and garnished with fresh ginger and lemon zest to draw out the hops further.
